X Private is a finance brokerage. We arrange business-purpose finance — typically secured by property — by placing your scenario with lenders on our panel of private and non-bank funders. We are not a lender and we do not provide credit ourselves.

The finance we arrange is for business or investment purposes and is not regulated under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (NCCP). The information on this website is general in nature and is provided for informational purposes only. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs, and it is not financial, credit, tax or legal advice.
